"My septic system backed up in the middle of the night, flooding my basement which has a large family room, bedroom and workout room.  I called Mad Max bright and early and they showed up by 7:30 A.M.  They cleaned up the sewage, ripped out my carpet and pad, took out base trim and doors and started to get everything dry.  They were very fast and their employees worked hard, especially for how gross this job was.  Over the course of the three-day job, I got phone calls and texts many times from the technician which kept me in the loop... I appreciated this very much because I had to go to work.  They worked with my insurance company from the get go and made the situation much easier on myself.  I would recommend Mad Max to anyone with any water issues!"
